The Regent Hotel has recently been refurbished with furnishings to a high standard, and comprises 20 rooms on three floors. There is a residents lounge and bar area. The rooms are very comfortable, each with colour television, central heating, hair dryers, tea & coffee making facilities, telephones and internet access points. Bathroom facilities are shared between two or three rooms. A limited number of en-suite rooms are available. The hotel is situated approximately 1.5 miles north along the riverside road (Dock Road) from the City Centre. It is served by a good public transport system with just a five-minute train journey to the City Centre by Merseyrail - part of the larger rail network of the region with access to Southport, Chester and Manchester. The hotel is three minutes walk from the Belfast ferry terminal and there is ample car parking immediately alongside with CCTV surveillance. The SuperSeaCat to Dublin and the Isle of Man leaves Liverpool Pier head. We can provide a Liverpool (Speke) airport pick up/drop off service on request. The hotel provides easy access to Liverpool city centre for shopping and entertainment. Liverpool's main attraction - the Albert Dock, with its designer shopping and award-winning Beatles Experience - is only five minutes drive from the Hotel. Alongside the Albert Dock is the impressive Tate Gallery and Merseyside Maritime Museum.
